A complete platform rebuild for a regulated asset manager — content-first, audit-friendly, and shippable by an in-house team without a design lead.
The challenge
Three legacy CMSs, a compliance review on every word and a marketing team that hadn't shipped a microsite in four years. Northwind needed velocity without taking a single shortcut on regulation.
Our approach
We rebuilt the platform on a headless CMS with a granular role-based workflow, baked compliance disclosures into every component as opt-out props, and shipped a documentation site that doubled as the design system.
